Leaders Born Leaders

Every of us is a leader. Lowest leadership is able to self-lead. And as a living being of course we need to take a class, leading others. For that, we need to prepare ourselves from the beginning that we are used to deliver a leader. Start of three simple things.

First, be a source of energy for others. Everyone who met you happy as always getting “something”. Not only feel happy, they become more enthusiasm for work and grow. Your presence is awaited. Your presence is a source of inspiration.

Second, subtract giving instructions. Leaders often synonymous with giving the orders. Perhaps this statement is true. But leaders must learn to reduce it to give instruction. He is not worth to be “bossy”. He had more to challenge those who are led.

Learn members will be given many opportunities to be creative, find solutions so that they feel its existence is meaningless. The leader will be more patient listening and prepare smart questions.

Third, change from a solution giver into a solution digger. Because the experience and flight hours possessed, a leader usually already know many answers too many things. But leaders who want to born a leader need to refrain from giving an answer or solution.

Leaders should explore various solutions to the problems that occurred. It needs time and patience, but that’s when we want to charcoal ones we lead more empowered and ready to be a leader in the future more powerful than us.

Do not be proud of the large number of followers. Moreover fool followers, defend without reason, and follow without knowledge, devoted only for the sake of it. Be a leader who borns a leader. Be the real leader.
